Do you repair devices yourselves or pass them on?
We handle most repairs ourselves in our own workshop in Hohenburg — with our own spare-parts stock and our own soldering equipment. Only for special or manufacturer-bound cases do we bring in our partner network. Either way, you keep the same contact person.
How long does a repair take?
If the part is in stock — which it usually is for common displays and batteries — we're often done the same or the next working day. If a part has to be ordered, expect two to five working days. You'll get the time frame together with the quote.
What does a display replacement cost?
That depends on the model and the display quality. That's why you always get a concrete quote from us before we start working — free of charge and without obligation. We only get going once you've approved it.
What does the quote cost?
The quote is free. You'll know up front what needs doing and what it costs, and then you decide. If you say no, we'll send the device back or you can pick it up.
